Refund policy
At Tambú, we guarantee customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product following our established conditions and timelines.
1. Return Period
- In accordance with current Spanish regulations, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar daysfrom the date of receipt, exercising your right of withdrawal.
- Tambú extends this period to 30 calendar days, offering greater flexibility. This additional period does not affect your legal right of 14 days.
2. Return Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase for the return to be processed.
3. Return Process
- Contact us via hello@mytambu.com or through our contact form to initiate the return process.
- Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions within 2-3 business days.
- The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect, in which case Tambú will cover the costs.
4. Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method and may take between 5 to 14 business days to process, depending on the payment method used.
5. Exceptions
- This return policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website mytambu.com. If you purchased Tambú products from third-party retailers (physical or online stores), you must handle the return directly with the place of purchase.
