1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern the use and purchase of products through the website www.mytambu.com by accessing and purchasing on this site, the user agrees to the terms detailed herein.

The user agrees to make appropriate use of the content and services of the website, not using them for unlawful activities or activities contrary to good faith.

3. Purchase Terms

3.1. Purchase Process:

Users can purchase the products available on the website by following the established purchase process, adding the products to the cart, and completing the necessary transaction details.

3.2. Prices and Payments:

All prices shown on the website include the applicable VAT according to current regulations. Payment can be made using the accepted payment methods: American Express (AMEX), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, UnionPay, and Visa. The user will receive a confirmation email with the order details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Shipping Policy:

We offer different shipping options depending on the destination country:

  • FREE shipping for orders over €20:
    • Zones: Spain (ES), Portugal (PT), France (FR) (except Corsica), Germany (DE), Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Italy (IT), Luxembourg (LU), Netherlands (NL).
    • Delivery time: 24-72h for Spain and 3-7 days for the rest of the countries.
  • Shipping with a cost of €12.90:
    • Zones: Sweden (SE), Denmark (DK), Slovakia (SK), Slovenia (SI), Poland (PL), Bulgaria (BG), Finland (FI), Greece (GR), Ireland (IE), Latvia (LV), Lithuania (LT), Estonia (EE), Liechtenstein (LI).
    • Delivery time: 3-10 days.

Delivery times: The indicated times are in business days, excluding weekends and holidays. These times are calculated from the moment the order leaves our warehouse. Tambú is not responsible for delays caused by incidents in the service of the shipping company that are beyond our control.

4.2. Order Tracking:

Once the shipment has been made, the customer will receive an email with tracking information for the order, which may be sent by Tambú or directly by the shipping company. Tambú is not responsible for non-receipt of such information in case of an error by the shipping company. However, we remain available to provide the necessary tracking information if the customer does not receive it and requests it.

5. Returns and Cancellations

5.1. Return Period

  • You have the right to exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product, in accordance with current legislation.
  • Tambú extends this period to 30 calendar days for greater flexibility, applicable to products that meet the conditions described below.

5.2. Return Conditions

The product must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in its original condition, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • The receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

5.3. Return Process

  1. Contact us by sending an email to hello@mytambu.com or through the contact form on our website.
  2. Once the request is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item.
  3. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, except in cases of product error or defect, where Tambú will cover the costs.

6. Guarantees

6.1. Defective Products:

In the case of a defective product, the customer is entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction, or termination of the contract, as provided by the Consumer Goods Sale Guarantee Act.
