Shipping policy

At Tambú, we offer different shipping options depending on the destination country. Below are the shipping zones, delivery times, and applicable conditions:

1. FREE shipping for orders over €20

  • Zones: Spain (ES), Portugal (PT), France (FR) (except Corsica), Germany (DE), Austria (AT), Belgium (BE), Italy (IT), Luxembourg (LU), Netherlands (NL).
  • Delivery time:
    • 24-72h for Spain.
    • 3-7 business days for the rest of the indicated countries.
  • Shipping cost for orders under €20:
    • A flat rate of €7.90 applies to orders under €20 for these zones.

2. Shipping with a cost of €12.90

  • Zones: Sweden (SE), Denmark (DK), Slovakia (SK), Slovenia (SI), Poland (PL), Bulgaria (BG), Finland (FI), Greece (GR), Ireland (IE), Latvia (LV), Lithuania (LT), Estonia (EE), Liechtenstein (LI).
  • Delivery time:
    • 3-10 business days, depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Exclusions

  • We do not ship to Canary Islands or Corsica.
  • We do not ship to areas that, while belonging to the listed countries, are not part of the European Union.

4. Shipping Terms and Conditions

  • The indicated delivery times are in business days and do not include weekends or public holidays.
  • Delivery times begin counting once the order leaves our warehouse. If any delay occurs that is not attributable to Tambú (e.g., delays by the shipping company), we cannot be held responsible. However, we will be available to assist the customer with tracking information or to resolve any shipping-related issues.
  • The customer will receive an email with tracking information, which may be sent by Tambú or directly by the shipping company. If the customer does not receive it, they can request it by contacting us at hello@mytambu.com.
